Comment by 14238I'm curious as to whether this trinket has a hidden cooldown on the proc, like most other chance on hit trinkets, as the catform blessing seems rather weak compared to other similar trinkets.įor example, hourglass of the unraveller (supposedly) has a hidden c/d of 30 seconds, but adds 300 AP for 10 seconds, not to mention the passive 32 crit rating.
